Date: 13 March (Thursday), 2025 Mr. Aparup Chowdhury, Former Secretary, Ministry of Liberation War Affairs, conducted the workshop for BUFT's academic and administrative officers on the topic of e-office file management. Prof. Dr. Engr. Ayub Nabi Khan, VC (Acting), BUFT, attended as the special guest. The workshop emphasized a systematic approach to file maintenance, ensuring organized documentation, easy retrieval, and improved administrative efficiency. It highlighted the importance of consistent labeling, proper categorization, and secure handling of records. Participants also gained practical insights into maintaining both physical files and e-filing systems in a structured, reliable, and easily accessible manner.
